浙江农林大学博士生导师简介现代农学院-叶昕海

叶昕海，博士，教授，博士生导师。2021年毕业于浙江大学，获博士学位，研究生学习期间受国家留学基金委资助赴美国罗切斯特大学生物系进行博士生联合培养。获博士学位后，进入浙江大学计算机科学与技术学院/浙江大学上海高等研究院进行博士后研究。2023年11月入职浙江农林大学现代农学院，任特设教授，昆虫演化基因组与智能计算研究团队负责人（PI）。

主要从事昆虫基因组演化、害虫生物防治及人工智能与基因组学交叉等领域教学与科研工作。主持和参加国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划等项目。先后以第一或通讯作者（含共同）在Nature Communications、PNAS、Genome Research、Molecular Biology and Evolution、Trends in Parasitology、BMC Biology、Briefings in Bioinformatics等国内外高水平期刊发表论文20余篇。入选第八届中国科协青年人才托举工程人才、浙江省高层次人才特殊支持计划青年人才。任《植物保护学报》《应用昆虫学报》、The Innovation、Journal of Integrative Agriculture、Agriculture Communications和New Plant Protection期刊青年编委。同时任中国植物保护学会青年工作委员会委员、中国植物保护学会生物防治专委会委员、中国生物信息学会（筹）农林信息专委会委员、浙江省生物信息学学会青年委员会秘书长等。
